Target Group
- All members of an agile organization who cannot be assigned to the following roles because they are prepared for their specific tasks with separate courses:
- Scrum Master/Agile Master/Team Coach, Product Owner, Architect (Team, System, Solution, Enterprise), Product/Program Manager, Release Train Engineer (RTE), Solution Train Engineer (STE), Management/Divisional Management, Portfolio Manager
- Typical roles would be, for example
- All PI Planning participants who have not yet completed a role-specific SAFe® course
- Developers, testers, operational members of all hierarchies, business owners, key users, technical specialists, department heads, team leaders, HR, IT, purchasing, customer advisors and many more
- Level/Difficulty: Beginner
Prerequisites
- Completion of the online courses and reading of the documents and articles provided by Scaled Agile® after your registration for this course
- You should allow at least 1 week for part-time preparation (at least 4 hours)
- For remote courses, it is necessary to test the course environment with all participants in order to avoid delays at the start of the course. This test usually takes place in the early evening on a day the week before. If one date is not possible for all participants, Bizagility offers up to 2 test dates. Bizagility invites the course participants via Outlook with a Teams link. Of course, all course participants need a stable and high-performance internet connection, ideally a headset and a camera.
- On-site courses require a professional training environment that corresponds to the number of course participants. Above all, the room size, ventilation, background noise and equipment must be right. Sometimes it makes sense to hire an external conference room for this purpose. This environment must be available to the trainer on the day before the first day of the course for preparation and testing. In the event of questions or problems, the trainer needs a contact person from the customer.
