• Specific use cases: Scaled Agile® defines practical exercises in all courses. About half of the training time consists of practical exercises that can be practiced directly afterwards in the operational business.
• Attractive group prices: Take advantage of our special offers for group training courses, which give you access to amazingly favorable conditions.
• Valuable support: Whether with the help of coaching or workshops – we won’t leave you out in the cold after the basic knowledge transfer. Our offer is designed to accompany you from training through setup and ramp-up to handover. And if things don’t go so well afterwards, we will be happy to come back for a turnaround. We are also happy to integrate our experience into your existing transformation team.
• Certified SAFe® Coach Trainer: As a certified SAFe® Practice/Program Consultant (SPC), we guarantee you the quality required by Scaled Agile® through continuous further training. In this way, we ensure that the knowledge we pass on to your organization is always up to date. We have successfully completed the enablements required for our training courses at Scaled Agile®.

Individual learning formats

With Bizagility, you choose the learning format that suits you best:

• Remote Classroom: is the cheapest alternative. The prices quoted are per participant. Classroom training already includes the training license that entitles you to take the Scaled Agile® online certification exam. Use our remote training courses to create a common knowledge and work basis for distributed project teams – without travel expenses. Classroom trainings are usually held in German and at Bizagility are generally limited to 9 participants and one trainer for optimal learning success like a Scrum team.
• Remote Exclusive: is financially viable for a minimum of 6 training participants per company and course or if a closed internal company group is required. The prices quoted are per course plus the Scaled Agile® license fee per participant. Use our remote training courses to create a common knowledge and work basis for distributed project teams – without travel expenses. With exclusive training, you as the customer decide whether the training is conducted in German or English. Exclusive remote group training courses at Bizagility are generally limited to 9 participants and one trainer to ensure optimum learning success, just like a Scrum team.
• OnSite Exclusive: is best suited for a minimum of 9 training participants per company and course or if you require a closed internal group on site in your company. The prices quoted are per course plus the Scaled Agile® license fee per participant. If you attach great importance to direct personal interaction, then this format is just right for you. With OnSite trainings, you as the customer decide whether the training is conducted in German or English. OnSite group training courses offer you the opportunity to train up to 125 participants, depending on the course.

Individual learning depths

With Bizagility, you decide whether you want short and snappy or detailed and individual training:

• Fast Track: This learning depth is based on the SAFe® schedule and is time and cost-optimized. The learning content is taught in a streamlined manner and the practical exercises provide an opportunity to tackle tasks to the minute. There is little room for individual questions with this depth of learning. The knowledge transfer is mainly of a lecture nature. This depth of learning requires special learning discipline on the part of the participants in order to achieve learning objectives in a given time. For workshops, this learning depth comprises the first third of the proposed workshop content.
• Comfort Track: This depth of learning offers adequate time for conveying the learning content and has a little more time for practical exercises compared to the Fast Track. There is only limited space for individual questions at this learning depth. About 2/3 of the additional time is spent on practical exercises and 1/3 on questions during the knowledge transfer. This depth of learning allows for a little more interpersonal interaction during the course, which we consider essential for learning success. For workshops, this learning depth comprises the first two thirds of the proposed workshop content.
• Deep Track: Like the Comfort Track, this learning depth offers adequate time for teaching the learning content and a little more time for practical exercises. In addition to the Comfort Track, individual questions and challenges are dealt with intensively in the final part of the training. This depth of learning gives participants the most added value in the form of individual support for their first practical steps in the company. For workshops, this learning depth covers the entire proposed workshop content.

Comfort Track and Deep Track are carried out simultaneously in a combined training session. The treatment of individual questions and challenges in the Deep Track will be dealt with after the Comfort Track has been completed.
