Workshop Overview

Agile human resources (HR), shared services and employee development geared towards agile transformation can create significant added value for companies. Integrating agile principles and practices into HR functions allows it to work more efficiently and flexibly, resulting in faster adaptation to change and better alignment with employee and business needs. Agile HR improves collaboration and communication by fostering cooperation between HR and agile teams and developing a deeper understanding of the teams’ needs through regular feedback and close collaboration. It supports the alignment of employee development with agile transformation by developing career paths and competency models for agile roles, which strengthens employee retention and motivation. Agile HR also facilitates the introduction of shared services by integrating agile principles such as transparency and continuous improvement, resulting in a more efficient and customer-centric service. Additionally, Agile HR can foster a transformative company culture that supports change readiness, self-organization and continuous improvement, an environment where innovation and collaboration can thrive and employees can reach their full potential. Overall, the integration of agile principles and practices in HR, shared services and employee development can significantly increase an organization’s performance and competitiveness.

Target Group

This workshop is aimed at management, executive board members, division managers, department heads, team leaders, HR managers and HR employees as well as all employees with disciplinary HR responsibility.

Prerequisites

  • SAFe® Agilist certification from the Leading SAFe® training or SAFe® Practitioner certification from the SAFe® for Teams training.
  • Course participants need a stable and high-performance internet connection for the remote workshop, ideally a headset and a camera.
  • On-site courses require a professional workshop environment that is appropriate for the number of participants. Above all, the room size, ventilation, background noise and equipment must be right. Sometimes it makes sense to hire an external conference room for this purpose. This environment must be available to the workshop leader on the day before the first day of the course for preparation and testing. In the event of questions or problems, the workshop leader needs a contact person from the customer.

  • The workshop is usually held as a remote workshop with a maximum of 9 participants, so that all work content can be carried out together. Exceptions are only made at the express request of the customer.
  • This workshop is booked as an on-site workshop with up to 20 participants. Exceptions are only made at the express request of the customer.
  • Workshop prices are per workshop and include a summary of the workshop results if required. For remote workshops, consent to the summary via Teams Copilot is required if necessary.
  • This workshop includes preparation of the workshop content and follow-up of the workshop results.
  • OnSite workshops in Germany and Austria are all-in. In other countries, on-site workshops do not include travel and accommodation costs or the client bears these costs.
  • Workshops are carried out following an order confirmation from Bizagility. Order confirmations are usually issued at short notice. Workshops will only be canceled or postponed at the client’s discretion in the event of illness or accident of the trainer or technical failures. Workshops can only take place if the invoice amount has been received in Bizagility’s account within 14 days of invoicing or at least 3 working days before the start of the workshop.

  • Remote Exclusive and OnSite Exclusive workshop times are arranged individually on request. To allow for arrival and departure outside the weekend, OnSite Exclusive workshops usually take place between Tuesday and Thursday.
  • We also offer workshops on weekends, public holidays and after 6 p.m. CET for a surcharge of 100% on the prices quoted. Please contact us if required so that we can find a solution together.
  • Workshops usually take place between 9 am and 6 pm.
