Where is the service available for OnSite use?
During an on-site assignment, I work directly with you in your company. Whether it’s an initial appointment, an assignment for a day or a whole week, whether in Germany, Austria or another location – I’m there for you personally. This applies to all assignments where personal cooperation is essential or particularly important to you.
Until when can you book?
Please ensure that you make a booking for an on-site assignment at least one week before the planned start date. This will give me enough time to discuss all necessary information with you, check my availability and confirm or cancel, as well as make all necessary travel arrangements.
What is the cost of the service?
The prices quoted in my reservation system and the published cost overview are exclusive of VAT. For assignments in Austria and Germany, everything is included: travel, accommodation and expenses are included in the all-inclusive price. For international assignments, these costs are additional. I prefer the client to book the overnight stay as they often have access to cheaper rates. A cancellation fee of 15% of the booking price will be charged if a booking is canceled up to 45 days before the date. In the event of a cancellation or no-show 45 days or less before the date, the full booking amount is due, as it is usually no longer possible to place a replacement order. In the event of a replacement booking, only the cancellation fee will be charged.
How can costs be optimized?
I offer you tailor-made booking packages that give you more attractive conditions and allow me to plan reliably. You can design these packages flexibly according to your wishes. The agreed services must be used within the specified periods. Unused services will be charged at the end of the period, but will still be available to you. This offer eliminates the need for time-consuming price negotiations.

How is the working time calculated?
A working day comprises eight hours. Travel time counts as working time. At the beginning of a project week, arrival always takes place on the first booked day, while departure is on the last booked day of the week.
What does mobility look like?
In Germany, Austria and Switzerland, I work on projects during the working week and spend the weekends at home with my family. For longer distances within Europe, two-week assignments are possible by prior arrangement. Worldwide projects can be negotiated individually and are outside the usual calculation matrix and my booking system.
For assignments outside the EU, the time and costs associated with applying for visas and work permits are invoiced separately.
Which project languages are possible?
I offer German and English as project languages, whereby I am a native speaker in German and absolutely fluent and business fluent in English. However, I can only use French to a limited extent for projects.
How is the initial appointment handled?
I prefer a remote appointment for our first meeting, which allows us to get to know each other efficiently via a web meeting without spending a lot of time or money. I will make this remote appointment available to you free of charge. If you would like an on-site appointment, I reserve the right to charge a flat rate for time and travel expenses. The first meeting lasts four hours.
How can the risk of bogus self-employment be eliminated?
In the case of a long-term collaboration with an independent service provider, the issue of bogus self-employment must be taken into account. As an independent consultant and coach, I am not permitted to generate more than five-sixths of my total turnover with you or to use more than half of my capacities for your company. How can I book the services online?
In the booking system you will find all my service offers, the prices charged for them and my availability. You will always find only those offers that make sense for me from a calculation point of view. Especially for OnSite services, too short assignments within a week are not economically viable for me with larger booking packages. All bookings are only possible on a weekly basis due to the system. For longer-term bookings, I suggest ordering by e-mail or telephone. A booking is made on the basis of my terms and conditions and subject to my booking confirmation. Only with booking confirmation a service contract is concluded.
