The next level is waiting for you. Now it’s finally time to implement the requirements described earlier. Want to know how to do what in an agile team? Do you want to understand the processes with your broad project understanding and be able to actively contribute to the optimization? Do you want to be able to propose working solutions to problems and unsolved challenges? If so, then you’ve come to the right place. This course is also made by professionals for professionals and aspiring professionals and has long proven its worth in the form of classroom training in large companies.

This course builds on the first five courses in my 7-part course series, so I recommend that you take the previous courses before this one, where you learned the basics of the most common agile project and process management methods and how the Value Stream, Solution Train, Release Train, Product Increment, and Sprint tools interact with requirements objects. You will then also have become familiar with requirements determination in management, divisional management and departmental management as well as additional project management tasks in large companies.
